Dr Tracey Baxter

Tracey has over 25 years of experience in secondary science education. From the full-time classroom, she moved to consultancy, initially as LA Consultant in two NW local authorities, and then to work independently. Tracey provides school improvement and professional development services to secondary schools and trusts nationally. She also works with two Awarding Organisations, developing and presenting curriculum and assessment support materials. She is an accredited STEM Learning Senior Facilitator and develops other facilitators in effective professional development design and delivery.
