This is a face to face full day course specifically designed for another new to teaching key stage science, either science or non-science specialist. The course looks at the transition between key stage 2 and 3 and how the topics fit together to give a rounded curriculum that prepares pupils for key stage 4 study. The aim of the course is for participants to build their confidence in both understanding the science curriculum but also its effective delivery.
